Pre-Licensing Course
An exciting career opportunity in real estate awaits! Licensed real estate agents work in real estate offices, property management companies, lending institutions, appraisal companies, insurance companies, real estate development companies, and many other industry-related firms in a variety of capacities.
This course is also suitable for persons desiring a basic knowledge of real estate. The New Jersey Real Estate Pre-Licensing Course includes instruction on New Jersey real estate law, ethics, brokerage, contracts, real estate disclosure, deeds, property interests, ownership, agency, title, estates, liens, taxes, mortgages, appraisal, closings, and variety of other real estate related topics.
All study and practice course materials, including a final exam, will help prepare each student to take the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson exam. Upon required attendance and successful completion of this course, each student will receive a certificate to apply for registration to take the New Jersey Real Estate Salesperson Exam.

PLC 75HR Pre-Licensing Course $399.

Pre-Licensing Review Class
This 2 hour intense review course is designed to help facilitate a higher confidence level for persons planning to take the New Jersey State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. The program highlights and reinforces each persons understanding of real estate related terminology and topics covered in the real estate pre-licensing course.
Pre- Requists:
Successful Completion of 75hr Pre-Licensing Course.
PLRG 2HR Pre-Licensing General Review Course $40.
Pre-Licensing Math Review Class
This 2 hour concentrated math review course is designed to help facilitate a higher confidence level for persons planning to take the New Jersey State Real Estate Salesperson Exam. The program reinforces each persons understanding of real estate related math covered in the real estate pre-licensing course. The course will stress techniques to aid in the interpretation and calculation of math required for real estate.
Pre- Requists:
Successful Completion of 75hr Pre-Licensing Course.

Broker Offerings:
Broker Licensing Course
An applicant for a New Jersey Broker’s license must be a full-time experienced salesperson during the three years immediately preceding their application to sit for the Broker’s Exam. Application can be made after the 150-hour course is completed. The 90-hour general broker course must be completed before either of the two 30-hour classes are taken.
The 150-hour course is approved by the New Jersey Real Estate Commission and is divided into a 90-hour general broker course that includes all curriculum for the Salesperson License and two 30-hour courses on Ethics and Agency and Office Management.
